Workshop safety production management system

General Provisions

Article 1 In order to improve the workshop safety production management level, strengthen safety management and safety production awareness, implement the company's "Safety Management System", and specifically improve the detailed rules for safety production management.

Article 2 This system applies to the entire production department.

 

1. Clean and hygienic system

1) Employees should keep their positions clean and clean, and items should be placed neatly in the prescribed location, and they should not be placed randomly everywhere. The team leader should keep the office desk neatly and clean.

2) After get off work every day, employees’ respective work areas must be cleaned before leaving.

3) After using up, sanitary tools must be cleaned and placed in the designated area. The tools shall be kept by a special team and shall not be thrown around, inverted, or even damaged.

4) Do not throw garbage or scratch randomly in the company.

 

2. Labor discipline

1) Employees must abide by factory rules and regulations, and those who violate the rules shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Employee Handbook.

2) You are not allowed to chat during working hours, you are not allowed to sing loudly, joking, and laugh, and you are not allowed to leave the factory without authorization. If you have any matters, the leader must ask for instructions and leave after approval.

3) Drinking is prohibited during work.

4) It is prohibited to leave the post privately during working hours, interfere with the post, etc. (Note: Removal of the post: refers to leaving the post or doing private affairs after clocking in; interfering with the post: refers to going to another post to do things that are not related to the work) If the circumstances are serious, the serious demerit will be recorded and handed over to the company's administrative department for handling.

5) Smoking in the workshop is prohibited, and smoking must be conducted in the smoking area designated by the company.

6) It is prohibited to carry flammable and explosive products into and out of the factory area and workshop.

7) Obey commands, obey arrangements, subordinates obey superiors, and individuals obey the organization. If the arrangements of the workshop and team are considered unreasonable, they can report them over the level, but they must not refuse or passively slacken off, and gambling or fighting. If the circumstances are serious, it is recommended to impose administrative penalties until they are expelled.

8) Employees should abide by traffic rules when commuting to and from get off work, and should wear safety helmets when using electric vehicles such as transportation. Pay attention to the road conditions and avoid pedestrians and vehicles.

 

3. On-site management system

1) Maintain good working order on site and create a bright and comfortable working environment.

2) Keep the workshop neat and tidy. The workbench must be positioned and materials that are not related to production shall not be placed. Waste products should be placed in unqualified product boxes. Qualified products and unqualified products shall not be mixed.

3) The products in-house must be placed according to their nature, and the shift must be cleaned and supervised by the workshop supervisor.

4) All products in process, qualified products, unqualified products, etc. must be marked with signs and placed in designated locations as required.

5) Cartons, pallets and other flammable items should be stored in designated locations to avoid being placed everywhere.

6) Take care of the company's property and it is strictly forbidden to artificially carve and leave traces on the company's equipment or tools.

7) Before getting off work every day, the electrical equipment in the working area must be turned off and cut off as required, and the doors and windows must be locked.

8) It is prohibited to pull wires or connect electrical connections privately, and non-professional personnel shall not make changes to the workshop lines.

9) Electrical installation, wiring connection or electrical repair must be carried out by professional electricians and are not allowed to handle it by themselves.

10) To ensure that the fire escape is unobstructed, employees should be familiar with fire evacuation passages, take care of various fire protection facilities, and master the use of fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment.

11) All employees must participate in the safety production education organized by the company as required and strictly abide by the implementation system information.

 

4. Production process management system

1) Production process is the basis for ensuring product quality, and all employees should abide by operating procedures and strictly prohibit illegal operations.

2) Operate strictly in accordance with quality standards and process regulations, and do not change the product production process or assembly method without authorization.

3) Employees must pass through an assistant to collect materials and must not be taken privately. If damage or loss is caused during use, the employees on duty will compensate according to the price.

Pay attention to saving materials and do not throw materials or tools at will. Components that fall to the ground must be picked up.
