Working Principle of the Air Shower Room:
1.Fan → Primary Effect Filter → Centrifugal Fan → Static Pressure Box → High-Efficiency Filter → Nozzles Eject at High Speed → Internal Circulation Air.
2.The air inside the air shower room enters the static pressure box through the primary effect filter under the action of the fan. After being filtered by the high-efficiency air filter, the clean air is ejected at high speed from the nozzles of the air shower room. The angle of the nozzles can be adjusted, which can effectively blow away the dust attached to the surface of people or the items they carry. The blown-off dust is then recycled and enters the primary effect air filter. Through such a cycle, the purpose of air shower and dust removal can be achieved. The product is reliable in quality and beautiful in appearance, enabling enterprises to successfully pass the acceptance inspection of the national quality inspection department, which is conducive to handling SC certification, HACCP certification, and other relevant certifications.
Basic Configuration and Instructions of the Air Shower Room:
1.The box body is made of 304 stainless steel plates, and the bottom plate is made of 2mm-thick 304 stainless steel and square tubes.
2.The fan is a low-noise and high-static-pressure fan. The air volume of the fan is 2000m³/h, the total pressure is 1000Pa, the voltage is 380V, the power is 0.75kW, and the rotational speed is 2800r/min.
3.The door opens automatically by hand induction and sliding translation. During the air shower time, both doors are tightly closed. Usually, the two doors are locked and only one of them can be opened.
4.It is equipped with a fully automatic advanced high-tech integrated circuit control system. It has infrared induction for automatic air shower, and each section is equipped with an infrared sensor. Working parameters such as the air shower time and door opening time can be adjusted.
5.The air nozzles are 304 mirror-finish stainless steel nozzles that can be adjusted at multiple angles of 360 degrees (the material thickness is 1.0mm, and the diameter of the air nozzle is ∮30mm). The outlet air speed is ≥25m/s, and the air shower time can be freely adjusted from 0 to 99 seconds. It is recommended that the air shower time is ≥10 seconds.
6.The primary effect and high-efficiency filters have a long service life and high filtration efficiency, which can effectively filter the dust particles and dandruff in the air. Under normal use, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced once every two years, and the replacement is simple and convenient. The primary effect filter can be disassembled and cleaned once a year and can be reused.
7.An LED liquid crystal time relay (Schneider) is used, and the displayed time can be adjusted. It also displays the air shower time. The entrance and exit are equipped with a computer Chinese voice control system.
