The working principle of the air shower room:
Fan → Primary filter → Centrifugal fan → Static pressure box → High efficiency filter → Nozzle sprays out at high speed → Inner circulating air.
The air in the air shower room enters the static pressure box through the primary filter through the primary filter. After being filtered by the high-efficiency air filter, the clean air is sprayed out at high speed from the nozzle of the air shower room. The nozzle angle can be adjusted, which can effectively blow away dust attached to the surface of the person or carry items, and the blown dust is then recycled into the primary air filter. This circulation can achieve the purpose of air shower dust removal. The product has reliable quality and beautiful appearance, which can enable the enterprise to pass the acceptance of the national quality inspection department smoothly, which is conducive to the processing of SC certification, HACCP certification, etc.
Basic configuration and instructions for air shower room:
1. The box is made of 304 stainless steel stainless steel plate, and the base plate is made of 2mm thick 304 stainless steel and square tube.
2. The fan adopts a low-noise and high-static pressure fan. The fan air volume is 2000m/h, the total pressure is 1000Pa, the voltage is 380V, the power is 0.75kW, and the speed is 2800r/min.
3. The air shower channel is divided into hand-sensitive automatic door opening, hand-pull door opening, and linkage door opening. The double doors are closed tightly during the air shower. The double doors are usually locked, and only one of them can be opened;
4. It is equipped with a fully automatic advanced high-tech integrated circuit control system, infrared induction is automatically blown, and each section is equipped with an infrared sensor; it can adjust the working parameters such as air shower and door opening time.
5. The air nozzle uses 304 mirror stainless steel 360-degree multi-angle adjustable nozzle (material thickness 1.0mm, air nozzle diameter ∮30mm), the outlet wind speed is ≥25/s, the blowing time is 0 to 99s, and the length of the blowing time can be adjusted freely. It is recommended that the blowing time ≥10s.
6. The initial and high-efficiency filter has a long service life and high filtration efficiency, which can effectively filter dust particles and scallops in the air. Under normal use, the high-efficiency filter is replaced once every 2 years. It is simple and convenient to replace. The initial-effect filter can be disassembled and cleaned once a year and can be reused.
7. The LED LCD time relay (Schneider) is used to display the time adjustable and the air shower time is displayed. The computer's Chinese voice control system is configured for entering and exiting.
