Recently, the modern clean workshop project of an Indonesian factory, led by a Chinese technical team, has officially completed all construction work and successfully passed the completion acceptance. The client, a third-party authoritative testing institution, and the Chinese technical team jointly established an acceptance team. In accordance with international clean workshop construction standards and the technical agreement signed by both parties, a comprehensive three-day acceptance work was carried out. Finally, the project was unanimously confirmed to meet the standards and be qualified, marking the official delivery of this cross-border industrial cooperation project.

Full Acceptance Process: From Plan Implementation to Detailed Verification
The acceptance work focused on the "fulfillment of the preliminary plan + compliance of on-site construction". First, the acceptance team reviewed the results of multiple rounds of technical discussions between the Chinese team and the client at the initial stage of the project — the customized stable air circulation plan for Indonesia's high-temperature and high-humidity climate, the equipment selection strategy balancing performance and cost, and the adjustment of construction schedules to avoid local traditional festivals. All of these were confirmed through on-site verification to have been 100% implemented, laying a solid foundation for the project to meet the standards.
In the on-site quality verification phase, the acceptance team checked the construction details item by item in accordance with "millimeter-level standards":
- Equipment and Pipeline Quality: The records of over 300 equipment commissionings and more than 500 pipeline inspections completed in the early stage were reviewed. 20 equipment solder joints and 15 pipeline interfaces were randomly selected for non-destructive testing, and the results all complied with international clean workshop construction specifications;
- Environmental Adaptability Measures: The records of staggered construction during high-temperature periods and the operation status of equipment moisture-proof protection devices were inspected. It was confirmed that the support plans formulated by the Chinese team for local climate and living differences (such as the bilingual coordination mechanism and standardized logistics area) had formed a long-term operation system, with no quality hazards caused by environmental adaptation issues;
- Functional Integrity Verification: By simulating the workshop production scenario, the equipment operation status was monitored continuously for 72 hours. It was confirmed that all systems were linked smoothly without any fault shutdowns.
Third-Party Testing and Client Confirmation: All Indicators Meet Standards, and the Acceptance Qualification Document is Signed
The final test report issued by the third-party testing institution showed that all core indicators of the project had exceeded the design requirements:
- The workshop air cleanliness stably reached the Class 10,000 standard (surpassing the Class 20,000 standard agreed in the agreement);
- The temperature control fluctuation range was ±0.8°C (less than the ±1°C specified in the agreement), and the humidity control accuracy was ±3% RH;
- The energy consumption of the air circulation system was 8% lower than the design value, meeting the energy-saving requirements.
When signing the Project Completion Acceptance Qualification Certificate on-site during the acceptance, the client representative stated: "Initially, we were worried about the communication efficiency and technical adaptability of cross-border projects. However, the Chinese team dispelled our concerns with their full-process professionalism in 'customized planning - on-site problem-solving - strict quality control'. The acceptance results not only meet the standards but also exceed expectations. In particular, the stable operation of equipment and energy-saving performance have laid a solid foundation for our subsequent production expansion plan."
Project Handover and Follow-Up Support: A New Chapter in Cross-Border Cooperation
After the project passed the acceptance, the Chinese technical team completed the handover of project documents (including equipment operation manuals, maintenance plans, test reports, etc.) to the client, launched a one-year free quality assurance service, and dispatched technical personnel to conduct a one-week on-site operation training to ensure that the client's team fully mastered the equipment operation and maintenance skills.

This project has not only become a benchmark case for cross-border cooperation in the industrial field between China and Indonesia but also verified the technical export capability of the Chinese team in international industrial construction. The project manager said: "The smooth passage of this completion acceptance has enabled us to accumulate mature experience in 'customized solutions + localized implementation' for cross-border projects. In the future, we will continue to promote this model, implement more international industrial construction projects, and provide 'Chinese solutions' and 'Chinese services' for the upgrading of cross-border technical cooperation."
