Recently, the Indonesian factory's modern clean workshop project led by the Chinese technical team has reached a critical milestone - the project has entered the final stage, and core environmental parameters such as workshop air cleanliness, temperature and humidity control are gradually reaching standards. Customers spoke highly of it during the phased acceptance: "The technical performance exceeded expectations and the teamwork was impressive." This is a brilliant answer to this cross-border industrial construction collaboration.
Multiple rounds of technical dialogue to customize exclusive solutions
At the beginning of the project, the Chinese team established a high-frequency technical communication mechanism with the customer, and conducted multiple rounds of special discussions focusing on Indonesia's local environmental characteristics and project implementation needs. The dialogue focused on three core topics: how to ensure the stability of the air circulation system to achieve constant temperature and humidity in view of Indonesia's high temperature and humidity climate; how to select equipment that combines performance and cost-effectiveness while controlling costs; and how to adjust construction nodes to stagger local traditional festivals in order to avoid delays in the construction period.
"Every meeting is not just a formality, but a precise solution to actual problems." The project technical leader said that the team combined the local industrial environment and customer production needs to repeatedly optimize the details of the plan, from the pipeline layout angle to the equipment operating parameters. After multiple rounds of demonstration, the team finally formed an exclusive clean workshop solution.
Stay on site to overcome difficulties and stick to the front line to ensure quality
After the plan was implemented, the Chinese professional and technical team went to the Indonesian project site in batches to start full-process on-site services. From customs clearance and transportation of core equipment, technical briefings for construction personnel, to precise installation of equipment and pressure testing of pipeline systems, team members are always rooted in the front line of construction and face multiple challenges:
In case of language barriers, bilingual coordinators are equipped to ensure the accurate transmission of technical instructions;
In terms of climate adaptation, adjust working hours to avoid high temperatures at noon, and install moisture-proof protection devices for equipment;
In view of the differences in life, a standardized logistics support area was built to help the team quickly adapt to local life.
"Even if one solder joint fails to meet the standard, it will have to be reworked." The on-site construction team leader said that the team controlled each process according to "millimeter level" standards, and completed more than 300 equipment debuggings and more than 500 pipeline inspections to ensure that all construction links comply with international clean workshop construction standards.
The finish was up to standard and won praise, and cross-border collaboration set a benchmark
At present, the project has entered the final stage. After preliminary evaluation by a third-party testing agency, the cleanliness of the workshop has reached the 10,000-level standard, the temperature and humidity fluctuations are controlled at ±1°C, and all indicators are steadily moving closer to the design standards. During the on-site inspection, the customer representative said frankly: “I was initially worried about low communication efficiency and difficulty in technical adaptation for cross-border projects, but the professionalism and collaboration of the Chinese team completely exceeded expectations, which laid a solid foundation for our subsequent expansion of production.”
This project not only proves the technical strength of the Chinese team, but also becomes a typical case of cross-border collaboration in the industrial field between China and Indonesia. The person in charge of the project said that in the future, they will continue to sum up experience, promote the implementation of more international industrial construction projects, and provide "Chinese solutions" for cross-border technical collaboration.
