The new generation of assembly line ozone disinfection machine independently developed by our company has been successfully launched and put into use.
The launch of this product aims to solve the pain points of traditional disinfection methods in terms of continuity, efficiency and safety, and provides a one-stop, automated and efficient disinfection solution for industries such as food, medicine, medical equipment, and cosmetics that have strict requirements on the production environment.
In the traditional production process, the disinfection process often requires interrupting production and using methods such as manual spraying, wiping or static fumigation. This is not only inefficient and has dead ends, but may also bring the risk of secondary contamination due to chemical residues. This assembly line ozone disinfection machine developed by our company innovatively integrates the disinfection equipment with the production conveyor line, achieving a disruptive model of “transmission and disinfection at the same time”. Operation process: Personnel opens the door through infrared induction, the light turns on, and the goods are put in. The goods are automatically transferred to the ozone disinfection part. After the disinfection is completed, ventilation is performed. The goods are automatically transferred to the tail, the tail light is on, and the personnel take out the goods. The disinfection transport machine is equipped with the latest Siemens PLC touch screen, which can flexibly adjust the ozone disinfection duration and ventilation duration.
